Job applicants for positions with our company. RushmoreDrive Job Network. When you register with our RushmoreDrive Job Network, we may use this information to match your personal information and job request information against our list of employers and we may share such personal information as provided below. If you chose to delete your RushmoreDrive profile, your registration with the RushmoreDrive Job Network will become inactive, we will no longer match you with prospective employers on our network and your RushmoreDrive job network profile will be set to private. The other profile information will be deleted except as provided below. See "How you can access your information" for those exceptions and for further information about accessing and deleting your profile information.

With whom we share your information


We want you to understand when and with whom we may share personal or other information we have collected about you or your activities on our web site or while using our services.

Sharing this information with employers allows them to review your profile to determine whether you meet their candidate criteria and contact you using the e-mail address or other contact information you provided. In addition, your job profile will be publicly available for viewing and searching, as described in the Blogs, Comment Fields and Ratings section You can elect not to have your job profile publicly available for viewing and searching by changing the jobs account settings area in My Profile to private.
  • Other Situations. We also may disclose your information:
  • In response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for cooperation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. If you chose to delete your RushmoreDrive profile, your registration with the RushmoreDrive Job Network will become inactive, we will no longer match you with prospective employers on our network and your RushmoreDrive job network profile will be set to private. Your choices about collection and use of your information

  • You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but that may result in you being unable to use certain features of our website because such information may be required in order for you to register as a member; purchase products or services; participate in a contest, promotion, survey, or sweepstakes; ask a question; or initiate other transactions on our website.
  • At any time you can choose to no longer receive commercial or promotional emails from us by updating your personal settings option on the My Profile page by unchecking the box associated with ?
